As a federally designated provider of services for individuals with limited access to care and limited resources, Whole Family Health Center treats EVERYONE regardless of their insurance status! Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances are accepted. Uninsured or underinsured patients may qualify for a sliding fee discount based on family size and income. Our team is ready to assist you with ensuring that your healthcare needs are met.

To determine if we participate with your insurance plan, please call your insurance company, or look in your participating network guide prior to your visit. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or deductible amounts.
