About:
Dr. Daily Hernandez-Falcon is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician and is a member of the Adult Primary Care team at Whole Family Health Center. She is from Cuba, where she completed her medical training at the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de La Habana in Havana, Cuba, as well as a residency in orthopedic and traumatology surgery. Dr. Hernandez-Falcon then went on to her residency in Internal Medicine with the Bronx Care Health System in the Bronx, NY. Prior to joining Whole Family Health Center, she practiced in Stroudsburg, PA. Dr. Hernandez-Falcon is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her spare time, she loves cooking, spending time photographing nature, and walking her dogs, Summer and Winter.
