Jamie Cross is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Whole Family Health Center, mainly treating patients at our Vero Beach Clinical Office. She was educated at the University of South Florida and School of Yoga Institute. Jamie was born and raised in Melbourne Beach until relocating to Tampa to pursue her education. Jamie offers a space where self-discovery and healing intertwine. Her work is rooted in the understanding that true transformation emerges from the integration of mind, body, and soul. In her free time, she enjoys camping, paddle boarding, rock climbing, and cycling. Jamie utilizes Trauma-informed care, dialectical behavioral therapy, and somatic therapy modalities to guide clients toward deeper self-awareness and embodied healing.
