Dr. Javier Prado is a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Whole Family Health Center. He graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1995. He went on to complete his general psychiatry residency, as well as a child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship, at Duke University Medical Center. For over 20 years, he has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of thinking, feeling, and/or behavior affecting children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Prado has special expertise in the areas of ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Manic Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Schizophrenia, and other psychotic disorders. He is also fluent in Spanish.
