Early Detection Saves Lives!
Take Charge of Your Health with the CARES Program
The Cancer Awareness, Response, & Early Screening (CARES) Program, funded by the Cinotti Grant Program, Exact Sciences, and the Prevent Cancer Foundation, offers expanded access to low- and no-cost cancer screenings and patient navigation services for our community. Screening assistance is available for lung, colorectal, breast, and cervical cancers, because early detection saves lives.
- Lung Cancer: Ages 50 to 80 with heavy smoking history and currently smoke or have quit within the past 15 years.
- Colorectal Cancer: Starting at age 45 for most adults, earlier with certain risk factors.
- Breast Cancer: Starting at age 40 or earlier, based on certain risk factors.
- Cervical Cancer: Ages 21–65, with frequency based on screening type and results.
If you are due for any of these screenings, talk with your healthcare provider today about what’s right for you. Call to schedule your appointment and take the first step toward protecting your health—because when cancer is found early, treatment is more effective and outcomes are better.
